I thought long and hard about doing Sistinas or Blood And Tears (two incredible ballads, for those not familiar with Danzig). But the thing about Danzig is the dude can really sing, and frankly, I cannot.
I thought this would be a bit more of a challenge musically, and that's more my strength anyway.
It might seem like a big departure from something like Earth Angel, but Danzig's sound really screams of that 'oldies' era. Maybe it's his blatant borrowing from Elvis.
